Most people would get this wrong, when I talk with people I figure, we do not need baselines to measure if neutrinos break photon speed limit or not, that is just a dedicated way to do this. In any God damn particle physics experiment that has neutrinos, you can very precisely measure their speed Vs exclusive energy and bam, you must see the effects if they are there.

THE DIFFICULTY MAY BE SINCE WE MEASURE THE NEUTRINOS THROUGH MISSING ENERGY SUM, THIS MAY NOT GIVE A CLEAR SPEED VALUE, BUT WE NEED CAUTION WITH PRECISION OF OTHER PARTICLES IN THE TOPOGRAPHY THAT SHARE THE ENERGY WITH THE NEUTRINOS. IF THE NEUTRINO IS NOT MEASURED WITH MISSING ENERGY BUT DIRECTLY WHICH I GUESS IS WHAT HAPPENS IN DEDICATED EXPERIMENTS LIKE OPERA (REMEMBER OPERA HAS SPECIALIZED PROVISION FOR NEUTRINOS) THEN WE DO NOT HAVE THIS PROBLEM.

You really do not need nanosecond precision, that you are talking about because the errors of instruments performing the experiments also have similar precision. But as I had plotted a Uncertainity relation paradigm of OPERA and other experiments these nanosecond error and their corresponding energy uncertainities lie far far below, hence they make the effects at a scale so above these precesions that the lay man feels comfortable. But the experts and scientists are not worried about such precision. They somehow understand much of quantum mechanics to extract the meaning.  (that is how you differentiate a world class physicist from one who is a mere I proclaim this) In that case ALL neutrino experiments are capable of studying speed and energy behavior of neutrinos at a desired level of precision for both speed and energy. (speed is a function of energy and measurement of energy is only “affected” by the precision of time, if this time is the “same” for all neutrinos in question, the energy dependence of speed would show up, this energy dependence could be fitted with a dedicated baseline experiment to know exact values of “Relativity invariance breaking”.

<<NOW a little more I think that can be done to this study: the emerging experimental situation reg. neutrino is this: (eg) in Belle/BelleII there are plenty of neutrinos to study **has been studied from other angles**, there are also a vast amount of neutrino. One can study a “pure” neutrino energy Vs speed. This will give the energy dependence of the neutrino wrt to their measured speed distribution. This is important, what is not important is the bias wrt speed of the neutrino sample, if any. **a baseline measurement such as OPERA and MINOS take care of this bias**. One can match the nature of energy dependence of all neutrino (wrt speed) available to experimentalists and give a suitable hypothetical bias, if it can be assigned, if needed and see that indeed “there is more to Relativity than we have been prepared to accept”.>>
